Instructional Designer

Onward Search needs an Instructional Designer for a Global Hospitality Company. This is a contract opportunity to join a growing global team as they continue to grow.

You’ll join the Learning and Development team to introduce and train for Large Scale Complex implementations

As an Instructional Designer you’ll:

• Design and develop performance enhancing training programs and tools for Hotel Sales, Global Sales, Brands and Leadership development, for delivery across all regions and stakeholder areas
• Develop, validate, and manage the integration of best practices into training materials
• Provide support with training materials, working closely with the stakeholders and other Instructional Designer/Developers
• Assist with implementation planning and deployment activities as needed by the regions and/or key stakeholders to support the strategic and tactical remit of Global Learning

Skills & Experience needed:

• Needs someone who knows Articulate Storyline (triggers, variables, and the basics) of the software, they will need to have performance consulting skills, self-starter, be able to work independently, ability to manage stakeholders, and be creative.
• Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation and evaluation
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both written and oral form) technical and strategic information to key stakeholders and colleagues in a clear and concise manner
• Effective presentation skills for the purpose of presenting ideas, programs, or strategies to corporate and hotel colleagues
