Onward Search is looking for a User Experience Researcher to join our large corporate client here in Atlanta for a recurring onsite contract opportunity!
As a member of the UX Research team, the UX Researcher will plan, coordinate and conduct user research including, but not limited to, observation lab studies, ethnographic research, iterative usability tests, phone interviews, as well as co-design, ideation and other types of workshops with groups of customers, designers and/or business stakeholders. The UX Researcher is responsible for identifying and communicating user needs, behaviors, frustrations, confusions and insights as well as act as the user advocate within the organization. The users include external customers as well as internal stakeholders.
About the Team:
The UX Research team is part of the User Experience team which leverages user centered design and the Design Thinking process to inform design decisions and address business problems for customer facing and internal products, tools and services.
