Our client, a Broadcast Network, is seeking an AV Theatrical Producer to join the Domestic Home Entertainment team.

Responsibilities::

  • Create a campaign summary spreadsheets.
  • Order final theatrical campaigns, toolkits, etc.
  • Request media rotation schedules.
  • Order features from tech services following up with Tech Services and all agencies to ensure feature delivery has occurred promptly.
  • Request cleared music from theatrical and distribute clearance memo for each campaign.
  • Get paid ad memo from legal and review/highlight, and summarize pertinent AV information.
  • Send campaign materials out for network, MPAA, iTunes and legal clearances.
  • Manage Project Landmarks grid tracking creative and submission milestones for all campaigns
  • Maintain the AV Production and Finishing Schedules
  • Request ISCI prefixes for all upcoming campaigns.
  • Create the Online Spot Placement grid, and email to TM to fill out and send with their email notifications.
  • Create Finishing instructions/ ISCIs code spreadsheets.
  • Support the producers with billing and reconciliation.
  • Track all PORs, PO #s and Invoices for campaigns and keep billing Project Summary logs
  • Create AV campaign salient scene and copy grids for internal creative reviews.
  • Manage retail trailer requests and if needed, manage retail and another top to top reel requests unless the content is restricted.
  • Lead the Trailering Update Meetings.
  • Manage tagged trailers, and TV repurposes creative.
  • Maintain the Media Cloud Trailer List.
  • Maintain Worldwide AV grid, GCD grid, and Media Cloud Trailer list.

Experience:

  • 5-10 years experience in film or motion picture advertising, preferably working on video trailers.
  • Experience working at a studio and/or in Home Entertainment a plus.
  • The ideal candidate would know about production/post-production as it relates to creating AV campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of technical aspects regarding delivery specs including file formats, audio tracks, etc., and some editorial and motion graphic software program terminology.
  • Seeking a candidate who is detail oriented, extremely organized, and understand the basics of editorial and finishing.
  • Comfortable and thriving in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task and prioritize workload and requests.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Film/TV or Communications/Marketing.
