As a AVP, eCommerce you’ll:
Own the eCommerce site experience with a strong eye to customer experience
Continually monitor and test site and asset performance to improve sales
Collaborate with Marketing to enhance the content and experience
Skills & Experience Needed:
8+ years of experience
eCommerce leadership experience
Experience leading digital native brands
Experience running the day-to-day operations of an eCommerce site
Experience in beauty is a plus
