Join our Fortune 500 organization as a Commercial Services Field Manager on a 6-month contract! This role is responsible for driving revenue through marketing plans that address local and regional business objectives/challenges in Latin America. This opportunity is accomplished by identifying prospects and executing promotions and programming in the field for designated hotels working closely with HQ Commercial Services colleagues, regional Revenue and Sales teams as well as property-level partners.

In this role, you will :

  • Drive strategy for local/regional groups
  • Develope/implement turn-key marketing solutions with an emphasis on the digital ecosystem that drives hotel revenue and business performance as well as providing subject matter expertise/training.
  • Provide support to review business results, help identify revenue opportunities as well as working to proactively and reactively solve revenue challenges with colleagues in Sales, Operations, Digital, and Revenue Management
  • Leverage all available corporate marketing channels, facilitates communication of updates and priorities


To be considered for the role, you will need:
• 7+ years of marketing experience required.
• Proficient in Spanish, Portuguese also preferred.
•Significant marketing experience in hospitality, lodging, or travel industry is preferred.
•Experience in both strategic planning and tactical marketing execution with a heavy emphasis on digital including display media, SEO, social media and email marketing
•Knowledge of digital marketing tools including Conductor, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr
•Bachelor's degree from accredited 4-year institution required, Master's preferred
