Onward Search needs a full-time, direct hire (fully remote) Manager of Accounts for an account leadership role.
You’ll join the Account and Sales team where you will be leading and guiding the account team in the areas of account relations, deeper discovery of existing account needs, and presenting new or existing solutions to better help their B2B SaaS clients on the web.
This role does require someone with sales leadership experience, but not for new sales – this role is focused on leading the account team in the area of upselling to existing clients. With that comes a huge bonus potential per year if you are on target, upwards of another $80,000 - $100,000 on top of the great base salary.
