Proposal Writer/Analyst

Our client, the leader in Workforce Solutions Software, has engaged Onward Search to identity at Proposal Writer/Analyst for a 100% Remote contract (full-time) opportunity.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Strong proposal writing skills with experience in all vertical markets, desired
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Familiarity with UKG Solution Set, in order to provide and tailor functional responses, is preferred.
• Strong editing expertise in technical sales or marketing; ability to compose content relative to themes.
• Ability to collaborate with SMEs and summarize highly technical information and communicate value (customize proposals).
• Understanding of enterprise software and technology business.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including MS/Word and MS/Excel; experience using tables, styles, and templates, and Adobe Acrobat applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluid communication style.
• Must be a self-starter and assertive to obtain needed information from project team under tight deadlines
• Experience with proposal management software a plus.
• Proven ability to lead a team of internal and external resources on joint multi-partner projects.
• Proven ability to proactively and consistently keep project team, management, and stakeholders connected and informed of work progress, timetables and issues.
• Proven ability to work well under strict deadlines and has the ability to balance diversity in workload and prioritization of assignments.
• Proven ability to proactively and clearly advise SMEs and stakeholders on project hurdles, customer expectations, and RFP instructions.
• Ability to compile, analyze, improve upon, and finalize a compliant and persuasive proposal.
• Ability to identify and recommend unique visual adjustments and win themes to a proposal.
• Some history of managing large, strategic, and high-profile company proposal projects; including federal, state, international, purchasing contract, and joint/partner ERP RFP projects.
• Can adjust to constantly changing proposal-related deadlines, priorities, and internal processes. Has ability to be flexible when change occurs. Able to anticipate and bring about change when
