The Graphic Print Specialist will execute accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high quality graphics to be produced at multiple manufacturing sites using industry standard software, tools and print techniques.


  • Partners with Designers and Production teams to analyze files for possible production concerns and troubleshoot graphic file issues
  • Participates in team meetings and discussions on graphic development to ensure highest quality printed results
  • Collaborates and advises on color management, specialty printing techniques with internal partners as well as external vendors and manufacturing
  • Applies press specifications to file work for optimal print output and consistency
  • Generates/outputs proofs and verifies for accuracy
  • Processes and delivers final rip/trapped print ready PDF’s to manufacturing
  • Researches and tests new innovative print techniques
  • Provides guidelines and coordinates training on print production/pre-press best practices


  • Minimum of 3 years pre-press experience at a print manufacturer required
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) on Mac platform
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience in graphic package development, innovative print technologies, and color separation processes
  • Knowledge of PDF pre-press workflow solutions
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, advanced technical skills
