Onward Search is currently looking for a long term Senior Eagle Developer consultant with excellent verbal and written communication skills & the ability to interpret and solve complex business problems with technical solutions. The right developer for this role is a self-starter and able to work with little direction.


  • Developing business solutions including maintaining Eagle Panels, Message Center & PACE schedules
  • Work closely with systems analysis, QA to ensure customer requirements are met in an Agile environment
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in the SDLC cycle
  • Available for application support during after hours
  • Create and maintain tech documentation for systems and processes
  • Participate in UAT to ensure issues are resolved in a pragmatic and appropriate manner


  • 8 or more years of experience working with Eagle Star, Pace & SRM
  • Expert understanding of Eagle application architecture
  • Hands on experience on developing & customizing Eagle Web Panels
  • Successful Eagle upgrade experience
  • SDLC development cycle
  • Expertise with Oracle & PL/SQL

Bonus Skills:

  • ability to convert from Eagle SRM to RDC
  • Java/ J2EE app dev experience


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
