Jr UX Content Strategist

We’re looking for a UX writer to work on projects involving mobile apps. Ideally need to have 1-2 years of UX Writing experience for B2C in a large organization.  You will draw on UX best practices, brand guidelines, accessibility standards and competitive research to help create a best-in-class design kit that explains component usage, format, behavior and more.

Responsibilities:

• Support our design system team by editing documentation for components, patterns, and elements for web, IOS and Android
• Provide input into the information architecture and organization of documentation
• Consult and inform the content strategy team on content guidelines for components
• Work closely with our accessibility team to ensure the design and content is inclusive and accessible to all users

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years’ experience in UX writing
• Portfolio should include work on digital products and services and highlight collaboration with design team
• Experience working on similar documentation such as style guides, design systems, UI kits or technical guides
• Mobile web and app experience
• Experience working in a large organization or at an enterprise level
• Experience with Agile and scrum practices
