Onward Search is looking for an Advertising Specialist to join one of our clients in the Boston area. You will assume ownership of paid social campaigns, including campaign development, optimizations, reporting/measurement, and test planning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of external partners
  • Day to day management of Display Advertising activities
  • Assume ownership of display advertising campaigns, including campaign development, optimizations, reporting/measurement, and test planning
  • Management of external partners
  • Work with Digital Strategy, Regional, Industry, Product, and Horizontal marketing teams to gather inputs for campaign development and share back regular cadence of performance via established processes
  • Collaborate closely with Digital team on landing page development/optimization and ongoing landing experience coordination

Skills: Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • 2-3 years of experience in directly managing paid activities in digital platforms
  • Understanding of paid social, digital advertising, and web analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to take defined strategies and execute against them quickly and accurately, while proactively identifying and raising opportunities for improvements
  • Excellent oral and written communicator, with great interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage against defined time/budget requirements
