Onward Search needs a 100% remote full-time / direct hire B2B Paid Media Manager (Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours) for a B2B client of ours that is a top platform in the country for digital usability. You’ll join the Marketing team to use your passion and digital marketing skills to create amazing campaigns for a leading SaaS B2B product across online channels of paid search, paid social, display, remarketing, automation, programmatic, and other digital landscapes.


As the Paid Media Manager you’ll:

  • Lead paid digital marketing efforts for the team and optimize campaigns as needed based on data and analytics
  • Manage agencies and internal digital teams as it relates to buys, budgets, forecasting, goals, KPI’s, etc.
  • Work with internal teams (sales, content, product, etc.) to assure marketing efforts are in line with all departments and products that are in need of leads, online visibility, and conversion
  • Conduct market research to assure relevant channels and campaigns are fully utilized for where the right audience is found
  • Test campaigns and platforms as needed to optimize strategies and spend


Paid Media Manager Experience Required:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in Paid Media and digital marketing
  • Must be proficient in common digital platforms across Google, predominant social media platforms, ABM, programmatic, etc.
  • Must have a resume pointing out specific digital media wins that are relevant to the role so show success patterns
  • Must be skilled in analytics and reporting for paid media performance within various timelines and able to share with the proper stakeholders in a digestible way
