Onward Search needs a full-time, direct hire Social Media Specialist for one of our agency clients in the Boston Area to focus on social media across paid, organic, and influencer.

This is a great opportunity to join a strong agency with hybrid schedule on-site 3 days per week and 2 days remote as you help their clients create great social media outcomes for their social media followers.

Social Media Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement social media campaigns using paid, organic, and influencer marketing
  • Evaluate the performance of the social media campaigns and make suggestions on where to improve or change
  • Work in collaboration with the design and copywriting teammates to integrate creative into the social media campaigns
  • Work in collaboration with the account team to understand the accounts and their respective goals and targets on social media
  • Be up to date on how to best use all current popular social media platforms and tools for exposure on TikTok, Snap, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

Social Media Specialist Requirements:

  • Must have 3+ years of progressive social media growth, including specific areas within paid social and influencer campaigns
  • Must be current with today's best practices for social media exposure and tactics
  • Must understand and be able to pull social media analytics reports
