As a Head of Research you’ll: 

• Work on a diverse range of research projects, for leading organizations within Tech, Financial Services and Professional services, utilising both Quant and Qual methods

• Lead smaller bespoke research and insights projects, supporting the consulting groups with larger scale projects

• Project manage from conception to completion, taking ownership of timelines, deliverables and budgets, working at all stages; briefing meetings, interviewing client stakeholders, background research, story-boarding, developing discussion guides, liaising with statisticians, fieldwork and data processing suppliers, reporting in a variety of formats and presenting to clients

• Coach and mentor junior researchers, training on best practice and designing workflows

• Contribute toward the ongoing growth of the company, through presentations, assisting with proposals, and new business activities

• Develop existing client relationships to secure new business and identify new Research client relationships

• Create thought leadership to position Company's insight capabilities and communicate the value of Research

• Present research studies to senior client stakeholders

• Expand Research & Insight services across our current client base

• Deliver a key leadership role across the Research practice to enhance existing processes, develop new ways of working and proactively develop the research capabilities at the Organization

Pay: $150,000 - $180,000 yearly
