Senior Quality Engineer

Develops and implements company and regulatory quality standards in the manufacturing facility. Knowledgeable of industry and governmental regulations affecting product quality. Develops, implements, revises and maintains quality standards, tools and methods for processing materials into finished products.


  • Participate in the design, development, testing, and delivery of a new generation of in vivo imaging instrument software
  • Development of test cases, scenarios, plans and reporting using Microsoft Test Manager in an Agile development environment
  • Development of testing scenarios that can be translated into automated scripts
  • Run automated UI tests and report on their results
  • Monitor unit test results from nightly builds
  • Write up detailed reproducible bug reports and work with developers towards bug resolution
  • Follow the Software Development Life Cycle from design through implementation
  • Work as a strong independent contributor within a team in an Agile Development Process


  • Requires a BS/BA with 3-5 years’ experience of SQA work for professional software
  • Experience with bug tracking software
  • Ability to work with UI test automation tools; no automation development experience required
  • Ability to work with test case management software
  • Experience and comfort working in an Agile Scrum team
  • Experience with testing in a Microsoft C# .NET environment
  • Able to solve problems as an individual and within a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated, energetic, and results-driven, with excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Key Differentiators:

  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Test Manage
  • Experience with Ranorex for test automation
