UX Designer

We have a fantastic UX role at a great company in Boston’s Seaport. We are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running. The work we do is all product based and you will have a major impact from day one working on very interesting projects. You will be working with a highly talented team from across the globe.

What we are looking for:

Experience:

• Experience as a Visual- or UX Designer with a portfolio of awesome designs which trigger tangible business outcomes
• Experience working directly with customers
• Exposure to Agile Development processes / methodologies
• Experience defining and maintaining pattern libraries or other usability / visual standards
• Experience with html or tools such as Axure, Adobe Creative Cloud, Balsamiq to create wireframes / mockups
• Experience of working in a geographically distributed team and/or with remote management
• Strong listener and solid communicator
• Ability to balance business requirements and user needs to create clear, intuitive designs.
• Well organized & strong ability to prioritize
• Ability to thrive in an environment that is constantly changing and evolving
• Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and cross-browser constraints desirable but not essential
