Our client, a Broadcast Network, is seeking a Brand Analyst to join the Channels Strategy & Consumer Marketing team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Actively drive issue-based analyses, deliver proactive insights, and build effective analytical presentations and consultative story-telling with insightful and actionable recommendations.
  • Lead the research on companies’ sustainable reports and practices, for evaluation of brand fit for company
  • Work with multiple sources to validate the claims made by companies in multiple sectors.
  • Become the main point of contact to business units across the world when it comes to brand fit research.
  • Develop and maintain an intake process for requests coming from different markets and business units.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized database of all companies that were researched for brand-fit with company
  • Work closely with the research teams at TV Networks and Media agency to share findings and avoid duplication of work.
  • Proactively seeks to inform and educate on relevant emerging trends and competitive action/developments in the areas of sustainability and plastic pollution.

Musts:

  • 5+ years’ research experience in the sustainability space.
  • Additional experience in the media industry or library science is a plus.
  • Strong research discipline and exposure, with the ability to synergize both quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • A passion for the television, digital media, sustainability, and conservation industries.
  • Demonstrated strong written communication skills written and verbal presentations as well as strong organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate project results in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle conflict, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Independent thinker who can take on a project from beginning to end with minimal supervision.
  • Exposure in data, insights-driven projects.
  • Understanding of trends in sustainability and plastic pollution issues.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including charting.
