Our Global CPG client is seeking a Brand Design Manager who will be responsible for the management and execution of comprehensive brand and graphic design projects within a portfolio segment  The main scope of this role is to execute major packaging design projects across the global portfolio. The design process will involve planning, organizing and implementing design and production processes ensuring all brand and style lines are met. In this role you will be interfacing with cross-functional teams to drive the full process from conception to completion.


  • Drive design proposals to visualize needed outcome and vision it with internal and external team members

  • Creatively Concept ideas for a branding refresh and update to drive into new areas

  • Participate in research activities resulting in actionable design requirements and push through to design solution

  • Execute on design strategy to push the brand forward

  • Astutely manage the project and needed deliverables for on time and in budget solution


  • 7+ years of brand/package design experience

  • A passion for branding through design and branding refreshes

  • Phenomenal design taste with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate with all levels within an outside of the organization

  • An ability for some light travel
