Our client, an internationally recognized CPG brand is seeking a Brand Development lead to join their internal marketing team. This person will be responsible for project management of the brand development of new product launches.
Duties and responsibilities include:
New product development, working with internal resources including R&D from concept thru commercialization
Packaging development, including graphic and structure changes on new and/or existing items, working with internal resources including Design, Tech. Packaging and Purchasing
Advertising and Promotion development
Consumer research and analysis
Provide financial analysis of key corporate initiatives – may including but is not limited to:
Leads all aspects of on-going content management of one of more brand/category websites and/or social media sites:
Contributes to new idea generation in all product categories and department processes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or related field); Master's degree preferred
3+ years experience in brand development and launch
Proven track record of successful project leadership.
Computer literate in a Windows environment (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint at intermediate skill levels).
Rapid attainment of capabilities with basic functions of Cognos and Adage 1. Normal office environment and working conditions.
