Our client, a consumer products company, is seeking a Brand Manager to join their team.

You will report to the CEO and be responsible for:

  • Be the brand "owner" for your CPG brand within skincare, haircare, fragrance, food or toys based on your background
  • Act as an entrepreneur of the new brand running team for 2-10 people including coordinators, designers, production artists and marketing/social media managers
  • Leading product development and marketing to make the product a success overseeing marketing, promotion, licensing, influencer partnerships, event marketing, etc. for your brand


  • 4-6 years of experience in brand management for a CPG brand
  • Entreprenurially minded is key for this role, experience in a new product-oriented industry is preferred
  • Able to work long hours, travel the country, live and die by the brand
  • Should be creative and also super organized with a clear visions and a strong point of view
  • Must have exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills, and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize work without missing critical deadlines
  • Have the ability to both adapt to and mange changing priorities independently in a fast paced environment
  • Looking for excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels within a team environmen
  • Proven ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done while continuously taking initiative and pushing projects forward under tight deadlines.
  • Experience to run a major retailers subscription box is a big plus
  • Ideal candidate is seeking a company to be able to grow with, extend themselves and really take their work to the next level


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
