Onward Search is on the hunt for a Brand Manager to join the team of a fast-growing digital agency. This is an awesome opportunity for someone with a background in social strategy as you'll be working on a top-tier music-focused account!

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy, ideation, and development of social content across new and existing platforms
  • Identify current digital, cultural, news, category, and brand trends and incorporate these into social strategy and community building
  • Lead the development and daily management of the publishing calendar across various social channels
  • Extract insights identify trends and build-out data-driven strategies to amplify creative campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to develop client proposals and presentations that answer client briefs, strategy and project management
  • Develop a strong understanding of client social initiatives to concept appropriate deliverables
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets, feedback and revisions
  • Support client communication as needed, including regular updates regarding status, timelines, monthly scope, deliverables, and analytics

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of brand management or social strategy experience at a creative agency
  • Experience within the music industry (in-house or music-focused client)
  • Strong understanding of the social and digital ecosystem
  • Excellent strategic and analytical capabilities including proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube analytics and back ends
  • Solid project management capabilities
  • Proficiency in Keynote, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat DC, MS Office, and Pages
