Onward Search is looking for an experienced Brand Operations Lead for one of our clients within the music industry. This is a contract position looking to start ASAP. In this role, you will work closely with the Brand and Creatives to drive processes around stakeholder management and creative challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on streamlining and refining our Brand & Creative operational cycles and processes, optimized by learnings from past projects successes and failures
  • Organize and lead team-level communication on behalf of Brand and Creative Leadership,
  • Lead day to day budget discussions and decisions on how to reallocate when needed on a regular basis
  • Lead all budget-related discussions with Operations leads across Marketing
  • Support Global Head of Brand in day to day operational challenges with an emphasis on prioritization and leading process refinement across key stakeholder teams
  • Support Executive Creative Director on day to day organizational and operational needs
  • Manage the Creative Resource manager and oversee any related workstreams
  • Help drive decisions and define strategy at a larger scale

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Passionate and have a deep understanding of the technology and music spaces and a finger on the pulse of culture at large
  • You have a clear understanding of the role of Brand inside of Marketing (with an emphasis on technology and future-facing brands)
  • Experience working in numbers, coordinating internal events, speaking to partners, or negotiating budgets and timing
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Expert in Keynote/PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
