Our client, a global brand strategy, design and experience agency is in search of a Senior Strategist with healthcare and branding experience for a full-time opportunity on a new client.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist clients and your agency teams to address issues, identify nuances that define each client and know how to integrate into work approach
  • Compose proposals and develop work plans for new business pitches and extensions of existing business
  • Lead client meetings and presentations
  • Create solid relationship with mid-senior level members of client team (i.e. Director and VP levels)
  • Manage client work streams and client engagements (these range in size and complexity)
  • Turn great conceptual ideas into actionable ‘real–world’ ideas
  • Ingeniously look for ways to combine creative ideas and recommendations across work streams
  • Provide counsel to your agency and client teams leveraging your strategic prowess
  • Help with the grow the practice (referrals and interviewing)
  • Be active in the shaping and development our culture by leading and participating in firm-building activities
  • Partner with other senior and mid-level strategists as part of the strategy team
  • Leverage business impact as the rationale for your branding solutions
  • Create compelling stories through simplified findings and recommendations
  • Inspire team and lead them to drive breakthrough ideas
  • Create strategic solutions integrating research, experience, industry knowledge, and client knowledge
  • Manage teams of strategists/provide oversight on content creation for all assigned projects

About you:

  • MBA or Graduate Degree strongly preferred
  • Experience working with a Healthcare client (eg. Retail, OTC)
  • 5+ years agency experience; or an advanced degree and 3–5 years branding experience
  • Have experience with brand and/or innovation consulting
  • Fluency in all core strategy subjects – ideally you have expertise in 1–2 areas you are proud of
  • Deep exposure to multiple industries with in-depth knowledge of 2–3 industries, ideally technology, healthcare, or financial services


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
