Visual reference for aesthetic for new brand:

Location: WeHo, on-site only
Avail: start 3 weeks
Duration: 2-3 months, 15-25 hours/week open on schedule, 2 days in office
Equipment: prefer if they have their own
Reason: just went through a rebrand, have a brand book but need projects executed based on this new look, think Snowe Home
Vetting questions: are you comfortable promoting an alcohol brand (although a classy one)? are you comfortable working in an environment where alcohol is present and apart of the company culture?
Interview: in-person with Danielle and Brittanie
Pay rate: $25-35/hr
Bill rate: $45-65/hr

Our client, an ecommerce app, is seeking a Designer for a part-time opportunity.

You will report to the Marketing Director and be responsible for:

  • Work with new 50+ page brand guidelines deck that outlines new "look and feel", including updated logo, typeface, art direction, color palette, etc.
  • help implement this new branding across all of our existing marketing assets including print, digital, email, etc. as the creative stakeholder.
  • Using this brand book to re-design promo cards, home page graphics, email drip campaign, email receipts, etc.
  • Make design decisions and think big brand picture using the guidelines more as a reference, but comfortable executing designs to completion.


  • 4-6 years of Graphic Design preferably with experience at ecommerce company or brand.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Portfolio showcasing strong branding with lifestyle brands with projects in order of priority: email design, print collateral, digital assets, banners, offline/mailers/OOH ads, social media graphics
  • Ability to work well in a teamwork-oriented environment through strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency and be able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Must possess strong design skills including typography, color theory, and composition and contemporary aesthetic.
  • Excellent attention to detail: Review and proofread designs for errors before printing/publishing to produce accurate and high-quality work.
  • Candidates who are most successful in this role will fit into a small and quite team, who is talented, hard working, detail oriented, creative, and flexible individual to contribute to the app experience


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
