Our client, an integrated agency, is looking for a Broadcast Producer.

You will report to the Head of Editorial and but responsible for:

  • Supporting the team of Producers and Creative Directors ensure all are on track and organized on each project ensuring the Producer/CD prepared and the client happy
  • Support team creating broadcast and theatrical trailers for entertainment clients
  • Be the primary client point person working to bring in new client projects
  • Contributing creatively on Script writing and work with copywriter to manage copywriting needs
  • Overseeing the ADR/VO talent booking, reading talent, billing reads
  • Work with Video Editors and Finishing to ensure projects are aligning with client requests
  • Work on pitch decks as needed for new business
  • Present production budgets and schedules and addresses production related questions for internal and external clients.


  • 7-10 years experience with preferred trailer agency experience working on editorial broadcast spots
  • Must have client facing and strong current client relationships
  • Able to manage 3-5 projects at one time.
  • Candidates who have experience working with editors and giving notes on music, structure, and pacing and/or strong writing skills will do well in this role
  • Must have exceptional people skills in dealing with demanding people
  • Must be proactive and detail oriented, collaborative and work well under pressure
  • Must be able to identify actionable items in meetings and run with them independently
  • Team player attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to work very long hours under pressure
