Onward Search's client, a global digital agency, is looking to hire a freelance Business Analyst to work on a major retail client, through the end of the year. This person will contribute to business development efforts on an as-needed basis, also assisting with aligning strategy for both project and client to offer added value towards digital initiatives.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience, ideally in a consultancy or digital agency environment.
  • Retail client and/or eCommerce experience.
  • Working with complex eCommerce platforms with integrations to CRM, OMS, ERP, etc.
  • Scrum and Agile background.
  • Experience with platform-based digital implementations (examples: Salesforce, Adobe, Hybris).
  • Ability to define business requirements.
  • Partner closely across teams to make sure Visual and UX is aligned with requirements.
  • Experience in defining a process for change management, as well as create training materials for training sessions.
  • Comfort level working with on and offshore teams.
  • The B2B background is a plus.
