Onward Search is looking for a Business Analyst assist a favorite client of ours with some project-based work. In this role you will support changes, and make recommendations from Development through Production, as well as assist in developing new program specs based on the analysis.


  • Excellent documentation skills, as well as strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to quickly and correctly understand project plans and scopes
  • An ability to navigate the project team, IT personnel, and internal and external clients
  • An understanding how to address roadblocks quickly and effectively
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to define requirements and stakeholders


  • 1-3 years of experience as a business analyst
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in business or technology)
  • Up-to-date resume and references
  • Experience in project management is helpful
