Our client, a software company, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team for an onsite part-time, contract position lasting about 2-3 months.

Business Analyst Requirements:

  • Partner with key stakeholders in various departments to identify business/functionality requirements for a Salesforce plug-in roll-out, reporting this information back to the Administrator.
  • Process and review business/functionality requirements with Salesforce Administrator - confirm feasibility of request, relaying any appropriate feedback to relevant team.
  • Work as liaison between Salesforce Administrator and relevant departments, relaying necessary information until an agreement is reached about plausible plug-in set up/augmentation.
  • Work with the department's post plug-in roll-out, getting feedback and working to remedy and bugs given feedback from applicable departments. Working with Administrator to ensure updates are made and affected departments are happy with plug-in integration.

Business Analyst Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in relevant role (Business Analysis, Project Management or combination thereof).
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce.com a plus.
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc..)
  • Previous experience defining business requirements for technology roll-out a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite in Irvine three days a week.
