The position is for a freelance Business Development Representative onsite at our client’s office in San Jose, California. Our client is looking for an individual who enjoys working with people and use creativity to educate and inform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide both pre and post-sales support for the Ad Solution team.
  • Create media plans.
  • Manage advertising campaign launches in coordination with the campaign management team.
  • Manage campaign performance/delivery.
  • Work closely with advertising brands and sellers to optimize their campaigns for success.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • Track record of Customer Service/ Account Management success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills.
  • Focused and goal-driven.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Continually builds business knowledge to better serve our sellers.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with search, digital sales, performance advertising, e-commerce
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales and/or Account Management, as well as Project Management.
  • Experience with Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and Salesforce.
