Onward Search has a great new opportunity with a big eCommerce client in San Jose, CA. This opportunity is for a Business Development Rep who can start immediately onsite at our client’s office in San Jose, CA. Part of your role will be managing the brand’s advertising partnerships with sellers and brands on the platform. If you are interested, keep reading and apply today!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with advertising brands and sellers to optimize their campaigns for success.
  • Manage advertising campaign launches in coordination with the campaign management team, managing campaign performance/delivery, managing renewals and upsetting opportunities.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to make sure the right inventory at the right price is being promoted.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have 3 to 5 years of related experience.
  • Previous experience with search, digital sales, performance advertising, ecommerce.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales and/or Account Management.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Track record of Customer Service/ Account Management success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Patient, detail oriented, and strong organizational skills.
  • Focused and goal driven.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Continually builds business knowledge to better serve our sellers.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
  • Team player.
