Job Description

Our client, a broadcast network, is seeking a freelance Campaign Coordinator for a long-term assignment.

You will report to the Director, Advertising Operations and be responsible for:

  • Review and quality control of the advertising within content across multiple platforms utilizing various software and technologies to ensure the quality of viewer experiences are met 
  • Support of the campaign management team, quality control review, and reporting
  • Will be a key resource within the operations group and will work cross-functionally with several departments including, Ad Tech Solutions and the business units
  • Will monitor live Sports & Entertainment events, assuring requirements for advertising campaigns are met
  • Knowledge of all ad creative and site specifications for compliance and functionality following best practices and procedures on processing and validating video commercials and other ad asset materials
  • Provide insight into issues with technical and content ad specifications taking into account requirements regarding approved 3rd party vendors and tags
  • Prepare client facing screenshot decks
  • Troubleshoot content and ad related or ad creative issues across various platforms including web, mobile, connected devices, and video on demand that may impact implementation or tracking
  • Perform full content review, gather data on user experience, and report analysis to campaign managers
  • Provide on–call support coverage after hours and on weekends for live events.
  • Regularly monitor third party ad serving systems, schedule reports, and pull data, using advertising monitoring and delivery applications to administer updates to creative and tracking assets

Musts:

  • Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a 4 year university program
  • User of digital platforms with a high interest in advertising and internet media business
  • Excellent client service, organizational abilities, and verbal & written communication skills with both internal colleagues & external clients
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
  • Proficient in Outlook, MS Excel, Power Point & Word
  • Career minded professional with a can-do attitude
  • Extremely proactive and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment & sharing knowledge across the company
