One of the nation's largest healthcare organization is seeking a CREATIVE & MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER to join a busy team who manage collateral, direct mail, marketing content and other communications. This role will manage the creative direction from a planning/strategic point of view creating project plans, schedules, budgets and more.

SKILLS:

  • Work well with all teams associated with developing marketing communications
  • Create marketing plans, creative briefs, schedules, and budgets
  • Design plans for gathering data and research needed
  • Plan and facilitate meetings
  • Prepare and make presentations
  • Provide research/data to support
  • Identify key issues - be a problem-solver

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years leading marketing projects for diverse market segments/audiences/industries (b2b & b2c) & creating strategic marketing plans
  • BA in related field; MBA a plus
  • Problem solver. Creative thinker.
  • Conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Thorough understanding of the creative process and all skills associated
  • Superior verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Provide portfolio that demonstrates complex, high impact projects
  • Demonstrated success in leading strategic project teams with multiple stakeholders
  • Marketing PM experience in healthcare preferred
