Onward Search is on the hunt for a Director of Product Management for our client who focuses in the mobile entertainment/ gaming space.

You'll report to the General Manager and be responsible for managing and growing our client's existing and future mobile games portfolio. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Own market research/ analysis and serve as the team's expert on mobile gaming systems, metrics, and testing tools
  • Define, design and manage the product roadmap for all games including features that maximize acquisition, engagement, and monetization
  • Define, track and dashboard all short and long-term game KPI's to ensure business goals are realized
  • Lead analysis of game data to inform all product decisions
  • Serve as the business leader of the team coordinating closely with analytics, finance, marketing and consumer insights

We are seeking Directors of Product Management who meet the following requirements:

  • 5+ Years experience in Product Management with 3+ Years experience as a Product Manager in mobile.
  • Must have experience in gaming
  • Prefer candidates who have worked on Free2Play games and understand the monetization of free2play games
  • Must be passionate about games and have owned online free-to-play game from concept to launch
  • Must have experience with multivariate/ AB testing technologies and methodologies
  • Must have strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Prefer candidates who have their MBA


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
