Our client is looking for a graphic designer to join their team for a long term 40 hour a week contract. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and competencies to fill the role. 

Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for trade show exhibits, including images, signage, icons and information labels
  • Implement new email templates through HubSpot as needed to support various business units
  • Manage and typeset content into templates for whitepapers and case studies
  • Support image needs for sales for demo units and presentations
  • Create basic animations to illustrate technology
  • Edit promotional videos as needed to support channel promotion
  • Review incoming design projects and create solutions that adhere to corporate brand standards
  • Manage multiple projects while balancing shifting priorities and meeting all deadlines
  • Conduct image searches and edit for online and offline usage
  • Maintain and update a graphic library for use by internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate illustrative skills through rough sketching of ideas

Qualifications

  • BFA degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience with 1 to 5 years’ experience in the graphic arts in a corporate or agency setting
  • Basic photography, animation and video skillsets
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & Premier
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with image compression, file correction, proofing and preparation for print and web
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • A team player who is positive, proactive and motivated with a strong work ethic
