Onward Search is hiring for a Part-Time UX/UI Designer in Charlotte, NC! Must be local to Charlotte, NC. 20 hours a week//on-site preferred.

The skill set we would be looking for would be:

  • Experience in designing and iterating on B2B websites
  • User behavior collection and analysis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Experience working with Sketch, Photoshop, and wireframe interaction software such as Invision
  • Passion for creating experiences in online environments

The freelancer would be doing:

  • Conducting user studies
  • Creating wireframes and presenting them to business owners
  • Working with Product Management to formulate requirements
  • Creating design interfaces and layouts for our products
  • Creating and maintaining a style guide


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
