Onward Search is looking for a Junior UX Designer for B2B agency in Charlotte, NC.

Work for an agency with 17 years of success with some of the biggest names in the industry connecting data into numbers while still having a startup feel in a great location next to Uptown!

Client is interested in a UX Designer who understands workflows, different user roles and enterprise clients, not just consumer-focused experience. B2B a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive product experiences, understanding user roles and different landing pages, visual designs, prototypes, and specs
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs by participating in user research and usability testing
  • Help shape the user experience vision
  • Designing user flows and layout for enterprise clients

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of design or related experience
  • Proficient in sketch, XD and other prototyping tools a must
  • Broad range of UX skills: IA, interaction design, visual design, research & testing
  • Superb problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player: Highly collaborative; respectful of others
  • Knowledge or experience working with enterprise clients
  • Portfolio showing your design work
