Our client is seeking an experienced, goal-oriented Account-Based Marketer for a part-time, 6-to-8-month contract position.

Marketing & Communication team helps build the client brand, champion thought leadership, support business development and engage our past, present and future workforce.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, management, and measurement of targeted, account-focused marketing programs and activities with key clients.

You will work closely with the ABM Manager and various Marketing teams and resources to create and implement strategic activities and campaigns to expand client relationships, drive new business and increase retention among a select set of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the ABM Manager to create and execute account-based marketing initiatives for select accounts
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns and promotions for selected accounts using tactics that include thought leadership, email, webinars, digital advertising, and social networking, among others
  • Develop, maintain, and share resources that enable client’s account teams including thought leadership and collateral for client meetings or RFPs, monthly account activity reports and client outreach materials
  • Leverage data and insights to research client executives and inform client teams of client interest and perceived intent
  • Measure the effectiveness of efforts, adjust approach as needed. Share outcomes with business stakeholders and marketing leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business. MBA a plus
  • 5+ years in B2B marketing and solution marketing experience; field marketing or account-based marketing positions preferred
  • Demonstrated skill collaborating with client-facing account team members, including senior leaders within a highly matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with internal and executives
  • Solid experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns in a B2B environment
  • Ability to gather data/insights from multiple internal and external sources to understand impact across accounts and opportunities
  • Experience with marketing automation and social media monitoring platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Brandwatch Radian6, 6sense, Demandbase, etc.) a plus
  • Goal-oriented and collaborative with the ability to take initiative and deliver projects unsupervised
  • Exceptional organizational project and people management skills with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work across time zones, including early morning U.S. hours to interact with global teams
  • Industry experience with pharmaceutical and health care sectors a plus
