Writing and building out messaging support documents and briefs for internal and external opportunities, in collaboration with communications strategy lead
Manage entry into internal systems and tracking, including:
SmartSheet
Asana
Quarterly Updates
Campaign results
Support writing and project management for internal communications campaigns related to Talent Acquisition and HR functional work, including acting as project lead and having ongoing touchpoints with key stakeholders
Work with freelance writer in recognition application submittal process to:
Manage stakeholders and route for approvals, track progress
Help with amplification plan
Maintain contact with affiliates on their recognitions
Support non-priority recognitions (i.e., best workplaces in biopharma, best workplaces, etc..)
Help maintain communications assets - photos/videos and manage stakeholder needs associated with them
Manage and maintain updates needed to overall messaging documents and employer brand templates, with direction from recruitment marketing lead
Set up stakeholder meetings for employer brand and recruitment marketing purposes, with direction from recruitment marketing lead
Manage updates to employer brand evolution change/stakeholder project plan, with direction from recruitment marketing lead
Compile and send weekly employer brand email newsletter to stakeholders, with direction from recruitment marketing lead
Project Manager (Communications) Qualifications:
3+ years of Project Management experience
A degree in Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or other relevant major OR equivalent professional experience
Communications project management experience
Prior experience in a hybrid Project Management/Communications role where writing was a function of the job
