Senior Digital Marketing Manager

This key role will champion and oversee the development of ecommerce and digital marketing capabilities, implement best practices and create business plans that aggressively seeks channel conversion, customer acquisition, retention, growth and product/brand awareness.

Primary Job Duties

  • Develop online solutions that differentiate, build loyalty and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Consult, demonstrate and train both internal and external customers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to support sales objectives.
  • Measure, analyze and report ecommerce and digital marketing KPIs.
  • Management of digital campaigns including social media, automation, SEM, email marketing and related technology platforms.
  • Drive website functional improvements through evaluation, customer feedback and internal stakeholder collaboration.
  • Create business requirements and prioritize development efforts in alignment with company objectives.
  • Create project plans, budget and coordinate inside and outside resources.
  • Manage site support and processes.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing.
  • Create digital tools to support marketing communication and merchandising efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in related fields
  • 7+ years’ experience with ecommerce and digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of system integrations
  • Strong project management
  • Highly organized and analytical
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM a plus
  • Mobile experience a plus
  • Intuitive learner of market online behavior and
    competitive landscapes
