UX Designer

Our client is a digital product design firm and is seeking a UI designer to join their team in a contract role. There is potential this could convert to a full time position down the road.

What you do:

• You crave all things UX from defining customer value to great usability
• Your brain is wired to investigate how things work, functionality is essential
• You understand human factors guidelines and UX standards, but you also know when to embrace a different approach if needed
• Your passions steer toward information and interaction design deliverables
• You welcome variety as a designer, continuing to improve your strengths while contributing to other disciplines within a design process

Qualifications:

• Professional design experience in a consulting or in-house environment
• A rich understanding of the end-to-end design process and evidence of using appropriate methods to inform a UX design system
• A portfolio of case studies that shows a mastery designing for a diverse set of digital products or services grounded in user, business, and technical insights
• Experienced in communicating with technology teams and other stakeholder groups
• Comfortable in delivering functional specifications and content logic for technology
• Available to work with us on-site is preferred. This may be a remote role or remote flexible if the project allows
