Our client, a leading retailer who is exceeding expectations through all aspects of their business, is seeking a Senior UX Designer who will create end-to-end designs for their digital experience.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in building engaging user experiences for responsive web sites, with a clear understanding of what it means to be mobile first. You will be responsible for all aspects of the mobile web experience, from creating high-level user flows to the final visual design. You should possess well-rounded design, problem-solving, and communication skills.


  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Experience creating wireframes and high-quality visual designs that solve complex UX challenges.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Sketch, Adobe CS, Principle, or similar tools.
  • BA/BS Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI or similar field.
  • Plays well with others and can collaborate with product managers, engineers, writers and other designers.


  • Experience in a consumer-facing Internet company.
  • E-commerce experience preferred.
  • Experience with analytical tools and A|B testing methodologies is a plus.
  • Usability testing and customer research experience is a plus.
  • Experience in prototyping animations and interactions a plus.
  • Empathetic and inquisitive, with a positive attitude and openness to collaboration.
  • Communicates effectively across all levels of the organization, from engineering to management.
