We have a client in Glen Allen that was looking for a Claims Specialist for a 5 month contract. This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door at a well-know financial client.

Ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

  • Spreadsheet (Excel) work
  • Emailing experience
  • Processing data through an automatic tool
  • High attention to detail is needed
  • Upload and store files to web based Sharepoint/One Drive type of places.
  • Clear Communication/transparent communication- will be working with executives as well as clients

Responsibilities:

  • Take the MasterCard Match file for a client and reconcile it to additional files that contain spend or phone numbers, if it does not already have the data
  • Adjust the .csv file so that it has the appropriate headers for the prioritization Python script
  • Populate the “to_call” column with vendors that should not be called
  • Match against Verient vendor
  • Scan over the vendor names to see if the same vendor shows up twice
  • At the end of the week, download all the completed call files from Sharepoint
  • Follow-up with calling agent about any errors or questions
