Our client, a leading creative and media agency, is looking to hire a Comms Strategy Director. The team is motivated to get someone in the seat immediately. This position is remote for now, however candidates must be willing to commute to NYC when safe to do so.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the development and sell-in of comms strategies that impact the way in which the clients' brands show up in the world
  • Develop comms strategies rooted in brand and business objectives, audience insights, competitive, and cultural landscape
  • Lead all client-facing deck preparation, internal approval and presenting to clients
  • Develop and own engagement frameworks and go-to-market strategies
  • Work with the integrated agency partners, advising on strategies and opportunities for channel-based creative and media through starters for creative teams
  • Work closely with the internal teams to ensure that measurement frameworks are in place and that campaign reporting informs optimization
  • Oversee the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns and projects to assure brand growth and relevance
  • Be passionate for creative

About you:

  • 6+ years in Creative Strategy, CX Strategy or Insights
  • Experience working with the digital and social creative space including above the line properties
  • An understanding of and interest in current culture and you have the ability to see the opportunity for brands
  • Experience working with research tools such as Simmons, MRI, etc.
  • You possess the mindset to figure out the what and the why to get to the how
  • Experience leading end to end communications plans across the entire funnel
  • Works well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, and is a team player
