Our client, a leading technology organization, in Richmond, VA is seeking a Communications Specialist to join their team. You will conduct interviews with internal clients to develop a communication strategy and plan the tactical execution of messaging for initiatives along with the following.

Skills:

  • Work with teams to craft messages around existing templates.
  • Work with end-users to gauge the success of messaging.
  • Partner with internal and external clients to leverage relationships for optimal execution of marketing strategies.
  • Work with Senior Level Communication Specialists to evaluate the results of messaging and implement a plan for information testing/research.
  • Initiate recommendations to improve routing and creative process and ways of improving the overall efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in marketing, communications, journalism.
  • 5+ years experience in strategic communications, marketing writing or copywriting role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
