Our client, a top gaming company, is looking for a Social Impact Communications + Marketing Coordinator to join their team. We're looking for candidates with the following skillset and experience to fill the role. 


  • Develops social impact narratives and tools (websites, newsletters, etc.) for internal and external audiences and aligns corporate narratives with studios/local geographic markets.
  • Sources inspiring stories and vignettes of social impact from across EA’s ecosystems (people, players, and partners).
  • Develops a roadmap for social impact messaging that is aligned with corporate communications and marketing.
  • Establishes relationships and collaborates with key internal stakeholders, including but not limited to marketing, communications, and
  • Develops and executes communications and marketing partnerships, activities, and campaigns in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
  • Collates and manages a global list of internal and external events for team visibility, strategic programmatic and partnerships planning, and communications/marketing execution.
  • Provide administrative support to the annual impact report process, including scheduling of meetings, data source collation, and validation.


  • Education/Experience in communication and/or marketing-related role.
  • Education/Experience with managing multiple programs.
  • Experience and/or interest in the field of social impact, corporate social responsibility, nonprofits.
  • Experience executing processes tied to program management, support, and execution.
  • Demonstrated success as a hands-on, contributing member of a team in a performance-driven and fast-moving company.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail-orientated and organized.
  • Ability to work independently with stakeholders at different levels in the organization.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Suite of tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
