Our client, a Fortune 100 company in the Chicago Loop is looking to add a Community Manager to their team.
As a member of the marketing team, you will highly impact multiple aspects of the customer experience to focus on attracting and engaging clients and maximizing lifetime value at every stage of their journey. They are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys learning and teaching as part of a dynamic team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
• Lead content strategy and creation, social media, influencer marketing, local events, PR and customer service to drive brand awareness, loyalty and word of mouth/advocacy
• Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media accounts
• Respond to customers in a timely manner
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
• Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
• Build relationships with customers and local influencers
• Collaborate with other members such as product manager, community manager and graphic designer to align on roadmap and develop and optimize content marketing
• Develop campaign playbook for repeated, systemized success as they expand
