Onward Search needs a full-time, direct hire Digital Marketing Director for a great client in Connecticut that is a one stop shop for their clients across the globe for everything to marketing, design, branding, you name it! 

This is a hybrid role, so you will need to be local to the area to be considered.

You’ll join the Marketing team to help with customer acquisition, digital media strategy, digital leadership, P&L, analytics, external agency management, and more.

This role will also have at least one direct report upon starting, with the possibility to grow over the next year.

As a Digital Marketing Director you’ll:

  • Lead and direct in the areas of marketing and media across Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, CRO, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Referrals, Programmatic, TV, Radio, Mobile, etc.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, P&L, forecasting, KPIs, ROIs, ROAS, etc.
  • Create funnel plans to capture, engage, and retain buyers
  • Determine optimization needs based on analytics and goals
  • Create and test in the areas of promos, offers, options, and various campaign types for conversion
  • Work with external agencies as needed to assure proper alignment of strategy, execution, and goals

Digital Marketing Director Experience Required:

  • 8+ years of progressive digital marketing leadership with proven results
  • Must have experience in Google marketing platforms, analytics, as well as other digital marketing platforms / tools
  • Must have experience with eComm customer acquisition and managing agencies
  • Must be local to abide by the hybrid schedule in Fairfield County, CT
  • Must be a proactive digital marketing leader vs reactive
  • Must have great communication skills to work with all contacts internal and external
