eCommerce Merchandising Specialist

One of our brand clients is looking for a full-time eCommerce Merchandising Specialist with proven success in the eComm space to make the customer shopping and user experience the absolute best.

This role has light hybrid schedule in Connecticut of 2 days per week (in-office days are Wednesdays and Thursdays, the rest are remote), and will join an extremely successful team and brand.

eCommerce Merchandising Specialist Responsibilities:

 

• You will develop site merchandising strategies

• You will partner with cross-functional teams including eCommerce, Inventory, and Marketing to deliver a best-in-class fast and meaningful customer shopping experience

• You will combine an understanding of site merchandising best practices and analytics with a passion for user experience to continuously optimize performance

• You will leverage all relevant strategies and best practices to improve overall revenue and margin performance

• You will ensure that the brand’s content and inventory is correctly prioritized, optimized, and refreshed to create clear, accurate, and effective customer shopping experiences

• You will help to strategize, plan, execute, and implement seasonal and on-going campaigns

• You will help lead consumer journey best practices

• You will help create weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of sales performance

• You will help with product selling strategies based on data / analytics

 

eCommerce Merchandising Specialist Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years in eCommerce marketing
• Must have proven, relevant experience with data to back up success
• Must have experience in relevant digital tools related to eCommerce and data / analytics
• Must be a team player with great communication skills to match the audience
