Senior Marketing Coordinator (Email Marketing)

One of our clients with a global brand and eCommerce products is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator for a hybrid role in Connecticut! This is a great opportunity for someone that loves the digital / eCommerce space that has general experience in email marketing, and would like to truly grow further in their career with a proven, successful, and growing company.  The hybrid model is 2 times in office per week.  

Sr. Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Help lead assigned email marketing campaigns, from creative brief and copy/design development to list requests, instructions for email developers, email QA and approval
  • As needed, submit requests for promotions to be set up and coupon codes to be created and tested. Ensure campaigns deploy on time and without error, checking pre and post-deployment
  • Support various campaigns where the Email Marketing Manager is the lead but needs help to execute certain elements, including automated marketing campaigns, A/B testing, etc.
  • Assist with reporting and analytics of campaigns, by collecting/marrying data from multiple sources and analyzing performance of existing campaigns or A/B tests
  • Lead weekly meetings to review performance of the previous week’s campaigns
  • Request cohort analysis from Analytics team where needed
  • Liaise with, and provide direction to, internal departments and outside vendors to ensure smooth execution of all campaigns
  • Review provided email marketing copy and design
  • Work with email developers where needed

Sr. Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing, and at least 2 years of experience with Email Marketing
  • Experience with email automation, A/B testing, email analytics, etc.
  • Experience with a major Email marketing platform
  • Knowledge of very basic HTML for email code
  • Basic knowledge of CAN-SPAM regulations
  • Experienced in other MS Office Suite applications (primarily MS Excel)
