Onward Search's client, a Fortune 500 health & wellness company, is looking for a Content & Communications Specialist to strategize, write, design and present engaging and persuasive content for social media, webinars, sales materials, and employee training materials. The successful candidate can take complex concepts and synthesize the information into clear, concise and aesthetically-pleasing content. Strong verbal communication and presentation skills are required. Experience working with Adobe design tools is a must.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications).
  • Minimum of 2 years of directly relevant experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Suite.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills; including presenting.
  • Demonstrated ability to create content concisely in plain language; free of typographical, grammatical, spelling, punctuation, formatting, and other errors.
  • Ability to review and analyze measurement insights to determine necessary adjustments to the creative approach.
  • Detail orientation, teamwork, organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Experience working directly with customers, the ability to engage a variety of audiences and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, strategize high-profile assignments, and meet tight deadlines.
